Cherry Street Bar-B-Que is Canada’s only MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded BBQ restaurant, known for its chef-crafted approach to traditional pit-smoked meats, cooked low and slow over live oak fire. Its house BBQ sauce is a staple of that experience.
We partnered with the Cherry Street team to take that signature sauce beyond the restaurant and build it into a retail brand. We developed a category-first packaging format and built the production, retail distribution, and brand foundation needed to bring it to market.
